We hope you fall in love your authentic Italian Friulane shoes. Each pair is thoughtfully crafted by our artisans with care, and we want you to feel the same joy wearing them as we do creating them. If you ever need to exchange or return your order, we’re here to help. Simply email info@vianimilano.com with any questions.

All orders ship from Miami, FL (USA). We ship worldwide.

Kind note: if our reply takes a little longer, rest assured that your return or exchange window will always be honored based on your delivery date.

Exchanges:

*Holiday Season Exchanges: Please note that only orders placed from December 10th, 2025 to December 24, 2025 will have a 22 calendar day since delivery exchange window.*

United States

  • Please email info@vianimilano.com within 15 calendar days of the date of delivery.
  • Include your name, order number, and the item you’d like to exchange.
  • We will send one complimentary prepaid return label per order.
  • Once you receive your label, please ship the shoes within 7 business days.
  • Availability of sizes/styles is not guaranteed. If you would like to secure another size or style immediately, you may purchase it online and we will refund the U.S. standard shipping from that order once your exchange is processed.

International

  • To exchange internationally, please purchase the new pair directly online and email us within 15 days of delivery for the return address in Miami, FL (USA).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs paperwork.
  • Please email info@vianimilano.com to share the courier tracking number once shipped.
  • Please note that original customs duties or import fees cannot be refunded, as these are paid directly to the destination country.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused shoes in original condition and packaging. Used shoes that show any signs of wear, such as scuffs, marks, or creasing, will not be accepted and will incur additional shipping costs to be sent back to you.

United States

  • Please email info@vianimilano.com within 15 calendar days of the date of delivery with your name and order number.
  • We will send a prepaid USPS label, and a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once we send your prepaid USPS label, you must ship the shoes within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are processed 1–7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow from 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International

  • Please email info@vianimilano.com with your name and order number within 15 calendar days of the date of delivery for the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes
  • Once we receive your return request, you must ship the shoes within 7 business days
  • Refunds are processed 1–7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow from 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Preorders Special Collections:

  • Our preorders: Each preorder pair is carefully made to order for you by our artisans in Italy. We’re truly grateful for your patience as your shoes are handcrafted and prepared for shipment. Because each pair is produced especially for you, preorders are not eligible for returns or cancellations. Exchanges may be made for a different size or style, depending on availability. For any assistance, please contact info@vianimilano.com and we remain at your disposal.
  • Lilly Sisto x Viani Milano: Given the nature of our limited-edition styles from our Lilly Sisto x Viani Milano collaboration, these styles are not eligible for returns or cancellations. Exchanges may be made for a different size or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please email info@vianimilano.com and we are happy to assist.

Order issues and defects

Quality is our priority. If you receive the wrong item or a defective pair:

  • Please email info@vianimilano.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

Packing and condition checklist

Before sending anything back, please ensure:

  • Shoes are unused and tried on indoors only.
  • All original packaging is included.
  • Any protective inserts, dust bags, boxes, or extras are returned.

Used or incomplete returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted.

Gifts and sale items

  • Gifts: We can help the original purchaser or the recipient start an exchange or return according to the policies above.
  • Sale items: Unless stated otherwise on the product page, sale items follow the standard return and exchange policy.
